Information, examples and estimates
The site explains our work and helps you explore possibilities. Fictional examples, sample websites, calculators and planning scenarios illustrate an approach; they are not evidence of results achieved for your business. Calculator outputs depend on your inputs and referenced assumptions. They are not guaranteed savings, sales, search rankings, professional tax advice or a binding quote.
Advertised “from” prices describe a starting point. The work, inclusions, any third-party charges and price for your project are confirmed in a separate agreement. A form submission or demo request creates no obligation to buy and does not automatically establish a paid engagement.
Content and appropriate use
You may view the site and share links or materials expressly offered for sharing. Other site content belongs to 4THEWEB LLC or its respective owners, except where a different license or credit is stated. Photography and third-party source credits remain available on the credits page. Do not falsely imply endorsement, remove required credits or reuse materials beyond their stated permission.
Do not misuse the forms, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site or send material you have no right to share. Use lawful, accurate business information. You retain your rights in the information and materials you submit; sending a request lets us use them to evaluate and respond to that request, not publish a testimonial without permission.
Privacy and other services
Our Privacy Policy and cookie and browser-storage notice explain the public site’s data practices. Links to other businesses, tools or platforms are provided for context or convenience. Their prices, availability, terms and privacy practices are their responsibility; a link does not promise their performance or imply their endorsement of Go Cedar Valley.
Availability, corrections and your rights
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Contact Josh if something looks incorrect or does not work. Information on the site does not promise a particular business outcome or replace written commitments made for an agreed service.
We may update these website terms with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing service contract or an earned giveaway entitlement. Nothing here excludes liability, removes a remedy or limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.
